R.J. a Certified Real Estate Appraiser is the Chief Appraiser of American West Appraisal Inc. AWA Inc been established in Southern California since 1999.
American West Appraisal Inc. specializing in forensic appraisals. In addition AWAS offers appraisals for Single-Family and Multi-Residential properties with diversified including Bankruptcy, Divorce, Probate, and can act as a Certified Professional Witness encompassing Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Orange, LA counties.

Over twenty years of business experience in the real estate and banking industries, including mortgage lending, financial analysis and equity determination. RJ started the company from him home with the help of his wife Olga. Currently as Chief Appraiser, he supervisors a staff of five, offering council and advice to his appraiser trainees.
