 A never ending quest for customer satisfaction, along with high ethics and professionalism are just a few of the attributes that set me apart. I have been working in Real Estate financing for 23 years and absolutely love it. I have worked for ReMax, Ford Consumer Finance, America's Lender, BNC and several other Direct Lenders and Brokers. I have been very fortunate to learn many different aspects of this part of the industry. I am also a Direct Endorsement Underwriter for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
I specialize in high end financing, FHA and VA government loans. As a California licensed Real Estate Agent and Senior Loan Officier it gives me the vast experience in processing and underwriting over the years. In addition, it allows me the edge to thoroughly answer all questions that a borrower might have on their transaction. I am now enjoying this industry even more by working with the consumer and performing both purchase and refinance loans for them. It is vitally important that I get to know their long and short term goals so that I can place them in just the "right" loan for future objectives.
