Based in Orange County, Istarted my now 24 years in the real estate industry, in 1986, first in lendingand then in real estate sales. I have worked for Pickford Escrow since March of2003 and am currently the office manager for the Newport Beach.  I went to work for anindependent escrow company 14 years ago and had found my true calling. I have awonderful job doing exactly what I love and feel very lucky to work with aprofessional team who´s top priority is making sure that buyer´sand seller´s enjoy success and satisfaction on every single deal. 

I have enjoyed working onmany types of real estate transactions which include statewide REO/bank ownedre-sales, short sales, bulk sales, Laguna Woods retirement community re-sales,Indian Land Lease's, refinances and of course traditional re-sales. My strengthlies in resolving difficult transactions and in providing constantcommunication to all parties which allows me to coordinate a quick, seamlessand professional closing. I enjoy educating and sharing information with RealEstate Agents on the constant changes in the market place and have an in-depthknowledge of escrow and real estate practices.
